IN-STORE PURCHASE If you're not happy with your purchase, please come see us at the shop with your item and receipt within 15 days from date of purchase for a refund or exchange. Also, please note:
ON-LINE PURCHASE Returns accepted within 20 days from date of delivery as per tracking information. We cannot refund or exchange after this time. We accept in-store returns for on-line purchases.
Exchanges can be made on the same items only due to discrepancies in sizing , color, or damage caused by the manufacturer or shipping agency. You will be notified via email upon receipt of your returned item. A store credit in the form of a coupon code will be issued if the item is no longer available. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. A notification email will be sent once your exchanged item ships.
